A première in Zurich! And Monoplan will be there. The event Archichef Night has already stopped off at several European metropolises. And now it has come to Zurich. On 28 May at restaurant Clouds – high above in the Prime Tower – five renowned Zurich-based creative teams will get set for a culinary competition. The event involves cooking a 5-course menu, whereby each dish is created by one of the five teams – both taste-wise and style-wise. And the task? To translate our office and the work we do into a culinary narrative. Executed by the head chef at Clouds and his team.

Eine Premiere in Zürich! Und Monoplan ist dabei. Das Event Archichef Night hat bereits in vielen europäischen Metropolen Halt gemacht. Nun kommt es nach Zürich. Am 28. Mai im Restaurant Clouds – hoch oben im Primetower – treten fünf namhafte Zürcher Kreativ-Teams zur Competition an. Auf dem Plan steht ein 5-Gänge-Menu, bei dem jeder Gang von einem der fünf Teams gestaltet wird – geschmacklich und optisch.
