ACTIVITIES THAT YOU ENJOY DOING
· Managing projects and maintaining an overview
· Coordinate and develop the content of projects with specialist planners and other project participants
· be interested in the latest technologies and developments in the medical and hospitality sector
· communicate with customers, authorities and users
· design, plan, draw, develop, together with other team members and lead them
· keep an eye on deadlines, costs and other project goals
· supervise the implementation of the project on the construction site and oversee its design
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE
· At least 4-5 years of professional experience as a project manager in all service phases
· Experience in the hospitality and medical sector
· Passion for good architecture and details
· In-depth knowledge of execution
· Experience in management tasks
· Customer-oriented way of working
· Independent, structured work
· Team and communication skills
· good knowledge of German and English
· professional handling of ArchiCAD 3D, BIM experience
