ACTIVITIES THAT YOU ENJOY DOING
· Exclusive French-language projects in French-speaking Switzerland and France
· Managing projects and maintaining an overview
· Coordinate and develop the content of projects with specialist planners and other project participants
· communicate with clients, authorities and users
· design, plan, draw, develop together with other team members and lead them
· keep an eye on deadlines, costs and other project goals
· supervise the implementation of the project on the construction site and oversee its design
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE
· At least 4-5 years of professional experience as a project manager in all work phases
· Passion for good architecture and details
· In-depth knowledge of execution
· Experience in management tasks
· client-oriented way of working
· Independent, structured work
· Team, communication and leadership skills
· Willingness to spend several days on site for project implementation in Switzerland and abroad
· Very good knowledge of French in order to manage French-speaking projects
· Good knowledge of German and English
· Professional handling of ArchiCAD 3D, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM experience
