Monoplan supervised the Locke am Platz Aparthotel as architect and lead designer. Blending elegant Riviera style with modernity, this aparthotel creates an inviting atmosphere across 80 thoughtfully designed rooms and studios, offering a refined yet relaxed stay.
The versatile communal spaces seamlessly transition from productive mornings to laid-back evenings, providing the perfect setting for work, socializing, or unwinding. Ideally located in Zurich’s vibrant Enge district, the hotel is just minutes from the train station, the FIFA Museum, and within easy reach of Bahnhofstrasse and Lindenhof.

Scope of work. Hotel refurbishment for a new operator. Conversion of the conference room and staff canteen into new guest rooms. Half of all guest rooms were converted into longstay rooms (with kitchenette). Renovation and refurbishment of the entire public areas.
