ACTIVITIES YOU ENJOY DOING

• Exclusive, French-speaking projects in Romandy and France

• Leading projects and maintaining an overview

• Coordinating and developing projects with specialist planners and other project participants

• Communicating with clients, authorities, and users

• Designing, planning, drawing, developing, with other team members, and leading them

• Keeping an eye on deadlines, costs, and other project goals

• Accompanying and overseeing the implementation of the project on the construction site

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience as a project manager/architect in all project phases

• Passion for good architecture and attention to detail

• In-depth knowledge of execution

• Experience in management tasks

• Customer-oriented approach

• Independent, structured work style

• Team, communication, and leadership skills

• Good French language skills to lead French-speaking projects

• Good German and English language skills

• Proficient in ArchiCAD 3D, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM experience
