YOUR TASKS
· Preparatory work (creation of tender documents and work contracts, award process)
· Obtaining and reviewing quotes
· Construction process program
· Cost control
· On-site management
· Assistance with site inspections and management of warranty work
· Project administration
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
· Part-time training as a construction manager (e.g. IBZ etc.)
· Foundation in the construction industry (apprenticeship as a structural draftsman, craftsman, architect, etc.)
· IT skills
· Passion for good architecture and attention to detail
· Customer-oriented approach
· Independent, structured work style
· Team and communication skills
· Good German language skills, Italian and English is a plus
· Workload 80 – 100%
· Ideally available to start work immediately, latest 1st April 2024
