Panorama Residence Suites
The Bürgenstock area, situated above Lake Lucerne, is rich in tradition and was already a prominent holiday resort in 1872. In 2007, the planning stage for the new resort began. The panorama suites melt harmoniously into the overall picture of the resort and complement the existing buildings through classically modern architecture. The stylistic features, the best qualities of the location, as well as the need to reconcile both major and minor construction work, had to be taken into account.
The new build of the panorama suites comprises 30 furnished units with a flexible layout and hotel services, as well as several spacious patio suites.
With a contemporary interior design, they combine modern, traditional and local Alpine elements. The natural stone façade with its bronze-coloured metal ornamentation evolved as an interplay between classic materials and modern design. Like a leitmotiv, the ornamentation characterises the design of the entire building.
