Dental practice Zurich

The dental practice in Freischützengasse street in Zurich was developed through the repurposing of existing office space. The conversion works resulted in two treatment rooms split across two levels, waiting areas, staff areas, and HVAC and store rooms. The four treatment rooms meet the latest state of the art and are equipped with extensive technical facilities.

One particular challenge was integrating the necessary specialist equipment into the existing structure of the building. Monoplan was responsible for the design, planning, planning application, implementation (including construction direction), and coordination of the specialist equipment. Despite a small budget, it was possible to meet the full extent of the client’s expectations.
